After last year's hiatus, The Borough of Ealing Art Trail (BEAT) is back! And this year BEAT is promising to be bigger, bolder and more immersive than ever!
BEAT is a totally free event, which enables the public to see and buy unique artwork created by local artists who live right on their doorstep. It offers a fascinating opportunity to meet the artists, gain an insight into their personal, creative workspace and have informed conversations with the artists themselves. And we are one of the many venues from across the borough displaying local artwork. No tickets needed - just stroll into our theatre at any time between 11am-6pm.
This year we are excited to host a number of artists from within The Questors community and beyond.
Exhibitors include...
Vicky Saumarez (Paintings & Drawings)
Diana Braybrook (Paintings)
4020 Art Group (Paintings & Drawings)
Jane Schofield (Painting & Digital Art)
Ealing & Hampshire House Photographic Society (Photography)
Deep Panesar (Textiles & Jewelry)
Plus The Questors Theatre!
Our artistic director and set designer Alex Marker is currating a series
of scale models depicting backstage life at The Questors. Alex has
designed over 150 theatre productions as well as special effects models
for BBC TV. Also exhibiting is costume designer and maker, Carla
Marker, who will display a variety of textile related work as well as
costumes made for Questors productions.
